A: Yes, we provide sample production within 3–7 working days depending on the item type. You can review the material, finishing, and craftsmanship before confirming bulk production.

Q2. What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: Our MOQ starts from 5–10 units per model, suitable for trial or pilot projects. For large or recurring orders, MOQ can be adjusted to match your volume and production plan.

Q3. What is the production lead time?
A: Regular production takes 4–7 weeks, depending on the order size and material stock.
We also provide progress updates at each stage to ensure transparency and buyer confidence.

Q4. Do you offer custom designs or private labeling?
A: Yes, we offer custom furniture design, finishing options, and private labeling. You can send your design or modify our existing collection to reflect your brand’s identity.

Q5. Which materials do you use?
A: Our main materials are solid teak wood and natural rattan, complemented by aluminum, stainless steel, and synthetic wicker for outdoor use. We choose materials based on your project needs — balancing durability, cost, and aesthetics.

Q6. How do you handle shipping and export documents?
A: We handle all export processes — including packing, fumigation, and documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, B/L). Buyers can choose FOB or CIF shipping terms, depending on the destination port.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) with 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipment. Flexible terms are available for long-term or trusted partners.

Q8. Do you provide warranty or after-sales support?
A: Yes. All products pass our Export-Grade Quality Control before shipment. In case of transport damage or verified defects, we provide replacement or compensation support.
